Racing Prep 14® is a multi-purpose sweetfeed containing added fat and beet pulp, which provides extremely palatable calories for all horses in training. It works well on the larger-framed, longer-backed type of horse that can often have problems holding condition through the season.
Horses can run on the feed, or it can be used in between races for horses normally fed on Race 13 to improve recovery rates. It will add weight and condition to any horse and is extremely suitable for backward two year olds. It is also particularly effective for middle and long distance horses.
Specifically formulated to be a versatile conditioning feed, Racing Prep 14® produces a dense 'boost' in energy over conventional sweet feeds. Premium quality grains are blended with sugar beet pulp and soya oil, then fortified using Stamm 30® supplement for nutrient continuity. The feed is ideal for conditioning racehorses under stress, or for any horse with a poor appetite that is experiencing digestive difficulties.

Always try to feed a minimum of 1.5% of bodyweight as good quality forage. e.g. 500kg horse would eat 7.5kg of hay per day.
*Feeding levels will depend on the horse's size, body condition and work intensity.
