Llama & Alpaca Mix
Saracen Llama and Alpaca Maintenance Mix is designed to maintain adult alpacas and llamas in good condition. This product is not designed for growing, gestating or lactating animals or for fibre animals. This diet is designed to complement grass hay or pasture.
The Llama and Alpaca Maintenance Mix is high in fibre and low in grain which supports gut health and reduces the risk of acidosis. It also contains a slow release buffer to help maintain the optimum health & pH of the stomach, in turn supporting normal microbial activity.

- Low energy mix to maintain the body condition of llamas and alpacas that are not used for breeding or wool production.
- High fibre, low grain formulation to support gut health and to reduce the risk of acidosis

- Added live yeast to maintain fibre digestion and nutrient utilisation
- Specific camelid vitamin and mineral package, including an elevated level of Vitamin D
