Allow 1 x 12.5 kg tub for up to 10 head. Allow at least 2 blocks when feeding groups of horses/ponies to minimise competition and to ensure accessibility.
Allow for an average intake of between 100-300g/head/day. Actual intakes will vary according to weather, forage quality and availability, other feeds, condition and age of horse/pony.
Provide clean drinking water and adequate roughage at alle times. If intakes rise above these levels seek specialist advice.
